For patients with no breast on one side and a sagging breast on the other, silicone augmentation can be performed to achieve a symmetrical appearance. If one breast is small, it is possible to enlarge the smaller breast with a silicone application to match the other.  <\/p><p>One breast being large while the other is normal can lead to postural disorders and physical problems such as back pain.
