ATTENTION TO OUR PATIENTS AND THE PUBLIC;
As ONEP and M-Onep Clinics, we are facing a case of fraud by individuals who seek to gain unfair profit by exploiting our credibility and reputation, thereby victimizing our patients.
It has come to our attention that a foreign national, presenting themselves as a pharmaceutical representative, visited our clinic and took photographs. It has been understood that this individual then used these photographs to perform procedures under the guise of being an M-Onep doctor. A.A., communicating with patients on social media using photos taken at our clinic, performed procedures such as Botox and fillers at homes and workplaces, leading to patients being victimized due to incorrectly performed procedures. We became aware of this situation following complaints made to us and the relevant authorities, and thus felt it our duty to issue this announcement.
At our ONEP polyclinics, aesthetic surgery operations and non-surgical mini-surgical procedures are performed. Our ONEP Center is located in Istanbul/Levent.
Our M-Onep Clinics are Turkey’s first non-surgical aesthetic clinics in their field. Our M-Onep Centers are located in Istanbul, specifically in Etiler and Nişantaşı. We do not have any other centers or addresses.
All our centers operate according to standards set by the Ministry of Health, using FDA-approved products and under the highest hygienic conditions. It is out of the question for us to perform medical aesthetic procedures with itinerant doctors at homes or workplaces. Such procedures, offered at more economical prices, can lead to irreversible errors and make you unhappy for a lifetime. Never trust such practices.
None of our doctors or aestheticians provide services outside our clinics. Any doctor or aesthetician not part of our clinic staff cannot perform procedures on our behalf; this constitutes a crime.
