We spoke with Erol, who performed aesthetic operations on famous stars such as Ajda Pekkan, Sibel Can, Hande Ataizi, Ebru Şallı, Deniz Akkaya, and Petek Dinçöz, at his Onep Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Clinic in Levent.
How many rhinoplasty procedures have you performed? I have performed over 15,000 rhinoplasty procedures. In 1992, my European colleagues named my method ‘Turkish Delight,’ and it entered the literature as ‘Türk Lokumu.’ When her boyfriend threw acid on British presenter Katie Piper’s face, she came to you… The famous British doctor Javan performed the initial intervention. Then she came to me. I applied laser therapy and a tissue cocktail. Who is a beautiful woman? Every woman ages, but the real challenge is to mature gracefully, like wine. A woman without radiance and love, no matter how anatomically perfect, means nothing. Who do women most want to resemble? Women desire the noses of Ajda Pekkan, Deniz Akkaya, and Ebru Şallı. I performed a facelift and tissue cocktail on Pekkan in 1990. Ms. Ajda’s face became the most imitated. I performed a nose operation on Deniz Akkaya, and for 3 years, no one could tell or notice that she had surgery.
What advice do you have for women during the summer? The most important thing to consider in summer is the sun. Ladies, please do not expose your face to the sun’s rays just to get a tan. Tan your body with protective creams, but always protect your face from the sun. Because the sun damages the collagen in the face. Then laser treatment is required. The sun causes incredible damage to facial skin.

Let’s talk about your gender reassignment surgeries. I dealt with genital organ issues in the past. I created penises from leg muscles and vaginas from the large intestine. The other name for the leg muscle is the ‘Muscle of Passion.’ Now, we have colleagues who create excellent penises. They use arm muscles and insert bone into them.
