Are there any operations that can be performed for neck sagging?
Intervention can be performed in several ways, depending on the degree and structure of sagging in the neck. For mild sagging in younger skin, Thermage or the neck suspension method can be utilized. If the degree of sagging is more significant, a neck lift surgery may be performed.

In addition, over time, our tissues erode and wrinkles appear due to facial expressions and movements. There are many ways to combat wrinkles. First, Botox, which temporarily stops excessive facial expressions, is extremely beneficial in this regard. The original, FDA-approved substance should be used and administered by a trained physician. If wrinkles are deep, cell transplantation is performed in these areas with micro tissue injections (fat or tissue cocktail). For example, these eroded areas are refilled with living cells by injecting fat tissue taken from the person via injection, or a tissue cocktail prepared by mixing excess skin, muscle, and fascia surgically removed during a facelift, tummy tuck, or breast reduction surgery with the patient’s own fat tissue. If wrinkles are very widespread, laser peeling is also appropriate. Even with a facelift, replacing lost tissues with injections is important to delay the recurrence of wrinkles over time. I do not highly recommend foreign fillers, but hyaluronic acid (Juvederm or Restylane) can be used as a non-surgical filler since it does not cause immune or allergic reactions. It is also beneficial to protect the tissues replaced with Botox in appropriate areas. For finer wrinkles, non-surgical solutions such as micropeeling (with fruit acids), N-Lite, and Cool Touch lasers are available. Thermage is also one of the newest technologies in this field.
