In sectors where women are predominantly employed, such as teaching, customer service, banking, and public relations, discomforts arise from constant speaking, prolonged standing, physical inactivity, and long working hours. Dermatologist Dr. Hilal Gökalp and Fitness Instructor Murat Biçer, who provided insights on this topic, state that most of these problems stem from stress, unbalanced nutrition, and a sedentary lifestyle.
